Its is a beautiful piece of Samsung work. It did join the list of my Samsung appliances. Replaced the older samsung refrigerator that is still going strong. Best value for the money. The screen on the door is amazing, does a lot of convenient things, can see your ring door bell etc. Ambient screen savers are such a soothing experience.

This is a very nice and high quality refrigerator. I came to store first (Galleria Store in Houston, TX), and looked at the model on a display. The consultant described every function and he answered all my questions. No pushy sales, but very professional explanation. It is not often nowadays to find a great consultant at store who knows what he/she sells. I hope the store management can encourage the employee (Liam B.).

I love my fridge! The only thing I can say wrong about it, connecting to the SmartThings app has been hardest. But other than that I love this refrigerator!

Its been almost six weeks with our smart fridge. So far everything has exceeded expectations. Only two gripes, 1. Should have come with two ice scoops. 2. We have to push the ice to the front of the bucket so it will make more.

What an awesome refrigerator with TV’s and other apps. The technology is great!

I have only had my refrigerator for about 6 months. It was time to change the filter. I changed it before I went to bed. I got up in the morning and found that half of my first floor was flooded. The beverage drawer was warm and full of water and the freezer was also warm. It took me 8 hours to clean up all the water in the house and in the refrigerator. The water went into my son's library and ruined some of his books. Best Buy said I had to go thru Samsung to repairs. Not happy about that. I did a search on the Fridge and found that this is a known problem. When Samsung came out, they said that maybe it was the rings on the filter that were not aligned correctly but never got a clear answer. But the unit still had water leakage in my beverage tray. So a 2nd technician came out and I did not understand what he said but it has not dripped since. A claim was put in for the damage and just got an email from Samsung saying they will not honor the claim as I did not use a Samsung filter (FALSE, it was a Samsung filter not a generic one) and that they found nothing wrong with the fridge. So the "small" claim that I have is denied. I will never purchase another Samsung anything again. Silly Samsung. For a small $100 claim they will loose my business as I will not purchase anything from a company that does not stand by their products. Silly Samsung, that is thousands of dollars in future revenue they will loose from me and I will make sure that everyone knows they will not stand behind their products. they know full well, this is not an isolated case, this is a known problem with the fridge.

I love this refrigerator!! It is roomy, and a very quiet appliance. I love the color... the calendar... I have no use for the water pitcher or the ice cube maker so I cannot comment on those features. I do wish they would have provided a user manual I have to hunt and peck to figure out how to use the features.
