One part is supposed to be inserted into the other but it does not enter. Called customer within time frame (15 days) . They say that they are going to send another unit but THEY cancel the order. I called to reschedule but they dont want to do it now. We spend hours on the phone. Manager did not want to talk to us and CSR was not helping, she was trained to say "I understand" only but cero knowledge Very dissappointed with BestBuy. Samsung appliance looks cheap.

Best buy canceled my order

February was told that the delivery date was pending. Received 246 email over next two weeks, being told it was out of stock. The person on the phone told me they would let me know when it was shipped to the store and I could pick it up. Received an email stating that the order was canceled and they would process a refund and if i still wanted it i would have to pre order it again and wait like 3-4 months to get in. It matchiles my stove. Not sure what to do cause it wont allow me to order it.

Still havent received
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this range hood along with a samsung range and dishwasher on 12/21/23 3 months later and still haven’t received the range hood. Bestbuy has told me to reschedule 3 times now. Earliest day for delivery is now 5/20/24. Now im stuck without a range hood in my newly remodeled kitchen. This is the last time I’ll be purchasing from best buy.

We purchased it in December 2023, and the delivery date has already been rescheduled 8 times. We still have not gotten it yet, and we won't receive the product until July.
