On 12/22 it was delayed to 1/11, on 1/05 it was then again delayed to 2/28 and I cancelled my order. If you read through reviews on Best Buy this is typical. I will never buy appliances from Best Buy again.

They installed it and the oven door got locked after 2 days. We called Samsung and they sent people over to solve the problem TWICE and they were not able to fix it. That being said we waited weeks for “the most experienced person “ I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this purchase. It was not a cheap product.

No Handle on Lower Door - Locked Indefinitely

Best Buy Geek Squad has tried to fix and unfortunately Samsung doesn't even have the available parts available. It was an oversight on our part when purchasing to not have noticed that the lower oven door has no handle.

It has now been pushed back 5 times to November currently. New house and we have no oven. Best Buy will do nothing to make it right. Im sure it will get pushed back more. We got all the appliances to match, so if this doesn’t come we have to return all which will be another fight ebcause the other appliance will be out of return window. BEST BUY, WHY IS THIS ITEM STILL AVAILABLE ON YOUR SITE!!!??
