Major upgrade from our 23 cu ft fridge. Very spacious and easy to see everything, no more worrying if groceries or leftovers will fit. The app is also a cool addition.

This fridge is fantastic! We have the 3 door. It is very easy to clean. The location of the ice maker allows for so much more space in the fridge and the ice station in the bottom freezer is great, no mess and easy for the kids to scoop up ice. The automatic water refill is awesome, it fills up fast and I like the filter feature for water and mint. Kids love to use the dry eraser markers to decorate the fridge, and play hangman. I highly recommend.

So far it’s a good refrigerator with a cool design and color. It’s very spacious especially the freezer section. I like how it has a small section for the ice. You can also control the temperature with the SmartThing once downloaded on your phone. Just make sure you measure the space where you want it because it’s quite large Refrigerator

Fridge is great & I'd give it a five-star rating across the board, except two cheap & not very robust (change design) nylon spacers/bearings on the ice tray drawer & draw cover were found to be broken/missing (1 each) after setup. Best Buy's solution is to exchange the entire refrigerator rather than simply get me a replacement ice tray drawer & cover unit, but that's BB's policy, so OK. I don't know if the parts were damaged in the manufacturing, shipping, delivery or setup, but I'm now having to go thru the whole prep/delivery/haul away process again - hopefully it's accomplished w/o any similar problem(s).

I love my new refrigerator! One of the best investments I’ve made! The space in this thing is just amazing. But the best thing by far is definitely the two different types of ice!

I love this fridge! Very sleek, customizable and super spacious for my family of 5! The only thing that bums me out is that the doors dont always fully close on their own, but the app lets me know if the refrigerator is open so that is very helpful! I absolutely LOVE the auto-fill pitcher and the fact that you can infuse your water. I would definitely recommend this item to a friend.

I’m in love with my new fridge! It is so spacious and very sleek looking. I enjoy that it produces two types of ice and there’s plenty of storage.

We love our new Samsung BESPOKE 30 cu. ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator with AutoFill Water Pitcher with white glass door panels. The water is always ready when we need it, the pitcher is full having been immediately refilled upon use with filtered water. The layout for grocery items both in the frig and the freezer is wonderful. Having two (2) kinds of ice being made automatically is a real treat and with the scoop handy we can get out whichever type of ice we need quickly. Temperatures are holding very well in both the frig and freezer.

Extra large fridge thats fits everything perfectly. I had to return twice due to small reason but hopefully third time is the charm.

I look forward to getting the glass panels because the regular panels show fingerprints very easily. There’s not enough options for the shelf’s in the refrigerator section, although there could be. The self filling water picture is nice. However they claimed to have regular and crushed ice, there is only large and small cubes and I love crushed and shaved ice. I just got my fridge about two weeks ago and I need to have someone come out to look at the inside freezer drawers, they stick and make a loud noise when opening and closing.

Really beautiful fridge. I have room now for all my food :) The glasses are very useful to drop notes, groceries and etc. Glasses also are easy to clean.

We bought this fridge on September 2024. As of October 2025, we changed the filter, with a Samsung name brand filter, the one for the model, to have no water coming through the water pitcher or ice maker. We called Samsung and they stated it is out of warranty and they had to replace the entire filter unit with a $500(!!!) charge for it to be replaced. Unbelievably bad design that somehow changing a filter (which I have done numerous times before on our previous Samsung fridge) to break only the second time of use. Absolutely awful design, and I will be contacting Samsung about this. I cannot believe how unbelievably shoddy this is. I’ve even added the photo of the repair guy here FIXING THIS TERRIBLE FRIDGE. I cannot
