I love this refrigerator it’s the best one we ever had The water automatically fills up the water pitcher that’s in the door the two different size ice I love I like this the way everything is then my other refrigerator ice and water outside the door

I love this beautiful, smart refrigerator. The autofill water pitcher produces some great-tasting water. I also appreciate the ice cubes that the freezer produces. They come in two different sizes, which come in handy depending on your favorite drink. I've had the fridge for about a month now and couldn't be happier.

Awesome fridge with tons of space!! We replaced a not so old GE after having a Samsung that lasted ten years. No regrets going back and really like the colored panels we can switch out. The stainless does show finger prints with the kids so be aware.

This refrigerator is great. There is much more room inside that you initially realize when you open the doors. The two bottom refrigerator drawers go a long way back! We also really like the dual ice maker in the freezer. The self-filling water pitcher is also very convenient so there is always cold water available to drink.

purchased the Samsung BESPOKE 30 cu. ft. before Christmas with a delivery date for following week so I would be home to receive . Got a call the morning of delivery date stating the truck driver was sick and they would postpone delivery for another week. I explained that I would be back to work that week .The delivery correlator said she was sorry but thats all they could do but she said if I would agree to said change BestBuy would give me a gift card for their unexpected delivery altercation. it's been month no best buy gift card none offered driver didn't no anything about it. I usd to shop Best buy I have washer and dryer -TVs and now the fridge from them THATS IT No more they lost my trust.

This fridge is very nice, has a lot of space for extra items on each door. Is really like all of the features and the dual icemaker. The auto fill water picture is a very nice feature. I love the ability to connect with the fridge via our samsung app.

I would like to inform you about the purchase of my refrigerator. This comment is not due to bad intentions, but rather to tell you my experience about the Samsung-Bespoke 30 cu.ft refrigerator. French Door smart refrigerator. After 3 months my refrigerator stopped cooling, which led to the claim. which they tried to send a technician to repair it which for some reason they canceled the appointments for x reasons. Three weeks later I was able to make a claim which I was able to get my money back or the exchange of a new refrigerator.

Nice refrigerator. Plenty of space. Well designed.

This is a beautiful refrigerator. It has lots of usable space. It replaced a 28 cu.ft. one but seems to hold lots more. The digital controls for temperature are super handy. It could be controlled by an app on your phone but I have not done that. Its operation is basically silent. Except for the ice bin. Getting ice out of an ice bin make the most noise of anything known to man, woman or cat. The only shortfall is the ice maker. The dual ice is nice but there is not much of it. If I did not have a separate ice machine it would be a problem. The water pitcher in the door full of cold, filtered water makes up for the lack of ice storage volume. That water is at a nice 36 degrees. When put in an insulated tumbler with the big ice cubes will stay cold, with ice, after 3 refills of water. It is a great fridge.

We bought this refrigerator in feb this year. This one has tons of space and is perfect for a family. We don’t use the auto fill pitcher feature but everything else is good. Specially the ability to replace the panels to match it with kitchen cabinets or decor.

We are very pleased with this refrigerator. The storage configuration is well thought out. The freezer compartment is self-contained. No more digging for things that fall through to the back of the freezer compartment! We really like the water pitcher and the two sizes of ice cubes.

The installation went perfect and I was drinking cold water from the pitcher inside in less than two hours. I am still getting used to a different design but am quite pleased with my new refrigerator.

Love it, good amount of compartment. Crisp tray keeps the fruit & veggies crisp!! I love the alert sound when the kids leave fridge door open. Kids love the different size of ice cubes.

We love our new bespoke. It is spacious and practical. The best part is that is looks so sleek. Best Buy was able to price match and we saved so much. They made the process so simple we handled it all so quickly at the store.
