I wanted to love this fridge. I do like the size and white glass panels, LOVED the "idea" that I would always have a cold pitcher of water waiting inside and two trays of ice...... I have been having issues for a couple months with the auto pitcher not filling (except for 2-3 ounces of water) I attempted all the troubleshooting items including checking water line and pressure, trying to look for condensation, etc. At the same time our ice maker slowed ice making to a crawl. MAYBE 6 cubes a day - If at all. I the did the troubleshooting including the reset on the ice maker (which is tough to find and get to!) (I did not get an extended service plan through BB) So this is Samsung Warranty only. I finally took the time to make a service request and the first service company contacted me and then promptly cancelled the appointment that I did not know I even had stating they had scheduling conflict. Then Samsung contacted me the next day to tell me another company would contact me. The second repair company contacted me to make an appointment more than a week out (we are now at @2 WEEKS for repair). Yesterday Morning I noticed the fridge and contents seemed very warm. I kept changing the temp on wall but it seemed to show the set temp only. I then unplugged and plugged it back in and the current temp now displays of 59 degrees. It seemed to want to cool but hours later was back at 59 degrees. I unplugged and plugged again and same thing. I have asked Samsung repeatedly what I do without a working fridge for another week (which is unacceptable!) I had been loosing meat and milk quickly and maybe it was warmer all along and I hadn't noticed. The "Actual" temp didn't display until I unplugged and plugged it back in. I am now on the phone again with Samsung and they have tried to call the authorized repair center I am assigned to and can't get through to them with 3 total phone attempts. I am kindly asking for someone to take responsibility for the $2000 non cooling , non working fridge currently in my kitchen. Please help me. Please. I have my family in town (guests in my home and I have to do all my shopping again now to feed them) I have lost my food. ** update. Repair tech is supposed to come today. I am concerned that my issues will return later and I will be out of warranty. I will try to update my review. I will not have confidence in Samsung Fridge again.

Beautiful fridge and love the sleek design! Functions great and love the beverage center!!

So far, so good!!! LOVE the beverage center!!! Tons of room. Shelves may not adjust as much as some but the interior is a cavern so I'm not sure it really matters. Two types of ice (I do miss crushed but...) and the extra drawers are a real plus. VERY quiet too. Time will tell on durability but it's been great so far.

Major upgrade from our previous fridge and a lot of space! The ice area is a little conjested but otherwise love this fridge!

Fridge is awesome. Love the automatic water fill pitcher and beverage center. Like the four large drawers. Delivery was awful. Was told a day they would come and didn’t. Had to wait an additional week with having a broken down fridge. Had to drive back to the store to get it resolved.

I love the look. Putting the water dispenser inside the door is genius. It prevents bacteria from growing on the dispenser. The built in pitcher with a fruit compartment is also great, we always have fresh lemon slices in it to add a hint of flavor to our water. The ice maker never has issues with melting. Samsung is infamous for having issues with the ice makers, but not on this model.

Super spacious! Kids love the quick drink access in the fridge and the wife loves the 2 different types of ice it makes!

This fridge is amazing!! My favorite feature is the automatic refilling pitcher, perfect for when family is over! Dual ice maker is also great, no need to worry about ice dispenser getting stuck, just open the freezer drawer and scoop!!:)

Glad to replace the old LG one, which was nosiy and had the compressor faulty twice within 9 years. The model is much quieter. Hope it runs smoothly in more than 5 years.

Our old freezer kept defrosting to 20 degrees and refreezing. This does no wonders to the texture of ice cream. So we ordered this in April. We waited until June delivery hoping our freezer would last despite the damage ot was doing to our food. It did. What a difference but really any fridge would have been an improvement. I picked this one because i really wanted a vintage style but the cost was not justified. I saw this one with colored panels and made the compromise easily. It is not vintage in appearance but it has a great drink access door, which is perfect for growing boys. Also internal ice maker with two sizes if ice! We were excited for this alone! Our ice maker had died a decade ago when the contractor cut the line, thinking we would just buy a new fridge when we moved back in. Surprise, surprise when we told them to hold our appliances in our gutted, non-temperature controlled house. We moved back in and plugged her in and she served us the best she could. This new fridge has no idea what’s in store for her. Hopefully another superstorm hurricane does not hit the Jersey shore.

Great product. The dual ice feature the storage it all works together. Integrated into our kitchen well.

This fridge is awesome, it is super cold and beverage center is a dreat plus. The auto pitcher works fantastic as well and you don't have to worry about refilling it. it is totally worth the money! You have a lot of space and the freezer is huge.

Replaced our 15 year old fridge with this amazing fridge. Love the beverage center and 2 types of ice. Will say the fingerprint resistance is not the best.

I love this refrigerator! Has 2 types of ice and a scooper, I can change the panels and it has both an auto fill pitcher and the standard water filler. Awesome fridge

Overall we are pleased with this refrigerator. Water dispenser and infused pitcher are excellent as is the space in the fridge. The freezer volume leaves a little to be desired. Space taken up by ice is substantial. Only other complaint is the doors don't pull closed unless fully pushed. Guess we took that feature of our old side by side for granted. I would buy again even with above.
