Love this refrigerator! It has a sleek, clean appearance. It might be my favorite thing in the new house. Friends and family comment about how much they love it too. The beverage center is my favorite.

This is our second French-door refrigerator, and we much prefer this style over side-by-side models because of the superior usable space. After our 3-year-old GE failed due to a water line issue with no parts available, Best Buy replaced it with a brand of our choice, and we selected Samsung. Switching from a side-by-side to French-door changed how we used water and ice features. Door-mounted ice systems take away interior space, and interior water dispensers make filling pitchers difficult. Samsung’s Beverage Center solves this by providing easy through-the-door access, a ledge that can fill a gallon pitcher, and an auto-fill infusion container for flavored water. Some layout differences going from GE to Samsung took getting used to: Samsung’s thicker doors mean less door storage; the four equal-size drawers changed how we store leftovers; and the fridge doors open slightly less wide. None of these were dealbreakers. We prefer the Samsung overall—especially the Beverage Center—but the ice maker is slow. It produces two ice types, which we enjoy, but it took the whole weekend before three people could use ice without emptying the bin, and it requires manually pulling ice forward. However, Samsung’s ice system has great additions like a full shield to prevent ice spills, a sliding door over the ice tray to reduce clumping, and an included scoop. We haven’t yet used the Bespoke panels, though swapping them looks simple and the panels are affordable. Replacement filters purchased through Samsung are also reasonably priced. Although we were initially hesitant about Korean brands due to perceived reliability issues, we learned Samsung reuses core components across models, improving parts availability and lowering repair costs. Since appliances rarely last more than 10 years today, I have adopted the philosophy of buying a 5-year warranty and saving for the next repair or replacement cycle.

I LOVE this refrigerator. I didn’t think the beverage center would be a big deal but it’s amazing.one small design flaw is that you have to open both doors to get the bottom drawers open. But everything else, including the easy cleaning and fingerprints almost on-existent far outweigh that. I was surprised at the space I have in this thing both in the freezer and the cooler. Definately would recommend.i also HAVE to mention the delivery men. This is a big refrigerator and I apparently have very narrow doors. They were efficient, courteous and moved my old refrigerator with as much care as they did my new one. They had to take off doors and hinges and use two different doors so the amount of things they had to take apart was doubled. They put everything back the way they found it. No mess no complaints. Great job.

This refrigerator is incredible! It is sleek and modern, and the inside is huge! Super spacious and functional. The dual ice makers and drink center is super convenient too!

Love this fridge. Its so much bigger than out old one. I like the water dispenser and the autofill pitcher feature. The wife loves the dual ice maker. We used to have a counter top ice maker because she likes to chew on ice but now it’s built in the the fridge. Cleared our counter space.

We chose this Samsung - BESPOKE 30 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door three years after watching our son using the same model for his new house. We like the layout, the functionality, and most of all - the practicality of what we need and also want to see for our daily life in the kitchen. We are happy with our choice and love it more every day when we find out how flexible the storage space can be changed to fit our needs during the holiday season and our daily routine. We do not need to mention many updated features the new fridge has since we believe everyone chooses the best fridge for their need and budget.

Love this refrigerator. Lots of room for everything. Beverage center is the best, cold water dispenser and self filling pitcher for flavored water, and lots of ice, 2 sizes of cubes. Very quite and very efficient.

Best of the best Samsung refrigerator ever made! Really an amazing product for the price you pay for it and you can get all the best features like a pitcher automatically filled with a fresh filtered water whenever you need it and it’s built inside of the closed door. The product has plenty of storages that you can store whatever you want. lI’m definitely recommend this product!

So far I absolutely love this fridge! The space is amazing and a great size freezer! We were surprised to see it makes 2 different sizes of ice and comes with a nice scoop. It’s the littles things in life lol. Would definitely recommend. I also worked with Austin who came out to the house to measure for the appliances to make sure everything would fit. He put together a couple of different options and was so easy to work with. Delivery was great as well. Overall an excellent experience!

My family loves this refrigerator! We replaced a 12 year old GE Profile side by side, and couldn’t be happier. Looks beautiful and we can’t believe how much more space we have considering the old refrigerator had the same footprint. My favorite feature is the beverage center. No more getting frustrated with my family when I grab an empty water pitcher. It auto-fills, so you’re never without cold water. Alleviating that frustration alone makes it a great purchase for our family.

Replacing a 12 year old Samsung. Although it is same size this Bespoke is arranged to fit more easily. The dual ice is a far better feature than I expected. Water inside the door keeps grandkids from making mess on floor. The self filling pitcher is awesome.

The refrigerator has worked perfectly, and the installation/set-up was quickly and professionally done. Every function to the refrigerator was easy to grasp and the instructions from the installer were sufficient to cover anything encountered to date. I enjoy the relatively simplicity of the design, the exceptionally laid out interior space, the dual ice maker, and the neat beverage door. The clean design of the doors makes keeping them clean and fingerprint free easy. The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator was a great choice!

Oh man, this fridge is GREAT! So much room. I have six people in my house, four of them children, so understandably I have to keep a full refrigerator. This unit fits the bill and then some. Plenty of space, and stylish too with the white glass finish. Fingerprints barely show and it cleans up nicely.

We love our Bespoke refrigerator! The ease of ordering through Best Buy and the installation team was a pleasure to work with. Our favorite features with this appliance is the bright lighting, no handle design, and the spacious interior which includes four large bins, and the beverage center. There are great improvements over our old model. The door bins are one solid piece and cannot split apart, the ice maker works, and the four bins are much more practical over the two bins and a deli draw. We’re very happy with this new model and our experience with Best Buy.

Lots of room in both fridge/freezer. Love the two different sizes of ice. Auto refill on door pitcher is great. We use a lot of ice and it makes it quick.

Great fridge so far! From the outside, it looks very basic and modern. The beverage center is in the door and I love that you can get water from the dispenser or from the pitcher, which refills automatically. There’s also a lot of space for groceries, which is much needed for my family of six. The real winner for me is the two types of ice, you get cubed ice and nugget ice. What’s not to love?!?!

Great storage capacity. Appreciate that the water filling area is hidden behind a shallower door and hidden away from children. Nice having two types of ice. It still throws me off that all the handles are hidden and need to be pulled from underneath. But we've only had the fridge for a month so im sure I'll get used to it. Overall great fridge but again, its to be expected as weve only had it fir a month.

New so enjoy everything about it. Water pitcher automatic refill is convenient. Spacious. Dual ice cube shapes.
