I was skeptical on purchasing a Samsung fridge due to all the negative experiences people had with Samsung, but I am glad I PURCHASED! I love the fridge. The water is super cold, and 2 types of ice in the freezer is awesome! I had Best Buy deliver and install the fridge with ZERO ISSUES. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful, spacious and functional. We selected top two panels in color which accents the room.

Looks and feels good, the water pitcher is a must. Without the water pitcher it would not be worth the price. So far no problems except when the water pitcher is empty it has to be taken out and put back in a few times to engage the refill function. Otherwise the only thing I don't like is that the glass front does not have a steel/metal backing so it's not magnetic, although the panels can be swapped out.

This fridge is amazing. Tons of storage, fridge & freezer wise. The water tastes great that comes out of it i love that its inside the door and the secret door in general is very clutch

Was a bit hesitant to get this unit of a fridge. But when it did arrive it has been just wonderful great space, and keeps perfect temperature. As of right now if you are on the fence, just pull tbe trigger, you won't regret it

I m delighted to have an excellent refrigerator, and the flexibility to choose the external panels. I chose one white (left side), and two stainless (right side) and (freezer lower section). Everyone uses the white panel as a whiteboard messaging center (shopping lists, notes, and jokes). We love the features, the four crispers, the icemaker and the overall product. It suits our kitchen and family needs perfectly!

I decided to switch my old refrigerator and found this gem which has soft pastel ton panels nicely matching with my kitchen area. Storage is good enough to store food and drinks and helps get organized. Will recommend here around.

This fridge has more space than I realized. The Best feature for me is the mini ice cubes Love it

After 1 month we have to call service. A piece on the door at the hinge has already broken. Now the doors are not aligned. Hoping for the best.

We like the interior space that this refrigerator has. The ice maker is nice and the access to the chilled drinks is a good feature.

Wanted to upgrade to a larger fridge. Currently had the LG French door. The Samsung definitely has more space to offer. I love the deeper drawers, it even holds condiment jars. Trying to get used to no handles to open it though
