    Brand New Bespoke Refrigerator Does not Make Ice

    The ice maker never worked since the day of installation on April 26, 2024 and neither Best Buy and Samsung service departments have been helpful. I want the refrigerator replaced or my money back.

    We got this as a new refrigerator and it never cooled down. This item never cooled below 43 degrees, very poor qaulity.

    Love Our New Fridge

    We are very pleased with our Samsung Bespoke. We chose the White Glass and it looks better than we imagined it would in our kitchen. We love the beverage center, the auto-fill water pitcher is a great feature, we add fresh berries, cucumber and lemon to infuse our water. It's very spacious. We also love the size of the freezer and the 2 different types of ice options. Overall this is the best purchase we have made for our new home thus far. Highly recommend this model.

    My wife has been looking at this Samsung Refrigerator for a few months and finally they have started hitting the local merchants. We looked over several and Best Buy was the outright winner for price, delivery, setup and removal. This Samsung refrigerator at 30 cubes is big enough for what this family needs. Along with the filtered water, ice dispenser, large freezer and crisper bins both my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase of this Samsung refrigerator through Best Buy!

    Pros: Nice looking. Spacious from inside. Water pitcher for cold water with auto fill function. Lots of Ice with 2 different size of cubes. Good for filling up water bottle with smaller opening. Glass panels, nice asthetics and convenient to leave a quick note or reminder. Cons: No Handle to open or close the fridge. This will lead to door slaming since there are no handle to control the door when closing. Especially kids. The water dispenser is inside. Hence when dispensing water the fridge is open and loosing cold air. Ice dispenser in the freezer. You need to use hands to get ice. Which can get messy if you have kids. To open the door to water dispenter has separate opening. The Fridge comes with 4 washers to help balance the doors. One of my door was not adjusted by the installer. Hence the tab between the doors was not shutting and sealing the fridge. Hence it was leaking cold air. We accidentally disposed the washers and later I had to fish them out of the trash. Summary: I will not recommend this fridge for practicle reasons. Lookwise its nice and ellegant.

    I was never able to ise the refrigerator due to incompetent customer service and delivery representatives. Product was returned unused after sitting in my LIVING ROOM for nearly 2 weeks. 1 Star rated due to inability to.properly rate the actual product.
