Good fridge so far. Fancy. Best Buy installed it well. At the same time I bought a clothes dryer- they said they would deliver both at the same time- but I’m still waiting for the dryer(about 3 months waiting now)

Love this fridge! So much organization to it and love the 2 different types of ice cubes. The water pitcher gets used frequently to fill up the kids cups and perfect for a hot FL say when you just need to get a cup of water to cool down.

Bought the refrigerator two weeks ago from Bentonville, AR Bestbuy. we had received it ontime with quality delivery and installation was completed by the thirdparty experts from bestbuy. The product is really awesome. features are really worth for the money we spent. definitely recommend this to others

So far, this fridge is amazing. Have only had it a month but is everything we hoped for. Looks great, works great, and love the beverage system. Lots of great features at the price point!

I am very pleased with the refrigerator, I love the two different size ice cubes, I’d like the room in the refrigerator as well as in the freezer. I also like the sleek look. My husband wishes the handles on the inside of the individual drawers, head handles rather than opening at the bottom. That is the reason for the four stars.

We love this refrigerator. The beverage center is key, the pitcher fill its self up. This makes it easy to have filtered water ready for your coffee. We have had two friends buy it after see it at our house.

I purchased this refrigerator to replace a Samsung fridge I had recently purchased. the features of the Bespoke model were just what I wanted. My daughters thought I had lost my mind until the new one was installed.

There are many negatives about this fridge with just two positives. The self fill pitcher is great and really convenient and the two types of ice are high quality and useful. Now for the negatives. The doors require an extra 2 inches on each side of the fridge for clearance to open. So unless your cabinets are set up in a way where you have this abnormal amount of clearance needed don't buy this. This info is not contained on any spec sheet from samsung or best buy for some head scratching reason. Also you cant access drawers internally with out having both doors open, a cooling nightmare. The release to access the water is only on the bottom of the door so unless you are 5ft or shorter be prepared to bend over and smack yourself in the head with the door as you awkwardly try and open it. it was hysterical watching my kids smash their face trying to open it but not so funny when I did it to my self. While there is a lot of square footage for storage it can't be efficiently organized for much. The freezer is great but the ice tray has a horrible lay out. The scoop is contained above the ice in a secret compartment but if you use the scoop you can't put it back unless you close the freezer all the way and then re open it again to access the secret compartment. I am convinced this fridge was designed by a team of graphic artist who have never been in a Kitchen except to unpack their doordash orders.
