I bought a 2-year warranty plan with Best Buy, and right after those 2 years expired, the water dispenser stopped working. I contacted Samsung directly, and they told me the part I needed wasn’t available. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to charge me and even suggested I purchase another water filter—even though I had already bought two genuine Samsung filters and was still having the same problem. It’s been over a month now, and the issue remains unresolved. The customer service from Samsung has been terrible—unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind their product. For the cost of this appliance, I expected much better quality and support. I am genuinely questioning purchasing any more Samsung products again after this experience.

I’m crazy over the beverage door and the 2 types of ice it makes. Would highly recommend. I like that you can change the panels in different colors.

I would give it a 5 star but the ice makers which makes 2 different size ice does not make enough ice. The ice bins seems to be empty and may produce ice that fills two glasses a day only.
