The ice maker is giving me some trouble, some days it makes a lot of ice and other days very little. I can’t seem to figure out what is causing it or how to fix it.

I bought a 2-year warranty plan with Best Buy, and right after those 2 years expired, the water dispenser stopped working. I contacted Samsung directly, and they told me the part I needed wasn’t available. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to charge me and even suggested I purchase another water filter—even though I had already bought two genuine Samsung filters and was still having the same problem. It’s been over a month now, and the issue remains unresolved. The customer service from Samsung has been terrible—unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to stand behind their product. For the cost of this appliance, I expected much better quality and support. I am genuinely questioning purchasing any more Samsung products again after this experience.

I had the measurements with me where my old fridge was. When they delivered it, the Fridge did not fit because the doors on the Samsung fridge are thick. I could not open the right door at all. I was very disappointed and unhappy that I had to look for a different refrigerator. I had to settle for another type and style.
