Outlet was very helpful. We had a pretty big new scratch on delivery and they are sending someone out to change the door to freezer

Love this fridge! The ice maker and water inside stay cleaner than if on the outside of the door. I wish the freezer was bigger but so far it is really nice!

So far, so good. Was skeptical about getting another Samsung. But went ahead and got the Bespoke model because of the great warranty Bestbuy offers.

My fridge was delivered and installed.... Delivery folks made sure the water line was hooked up and went on their way. Woke up the next morning and my refrigerator was 62° inside. No ice, no cold, no nothing.... The food that I had in there is ruined.... We called Tech Support at 4 AM and she scheduled an appointment for 4 days away..... later on I received a phone call from Best Buy support and they really have no answers for me regarding any kind of trouble shooting. They scheduled an appointment for a serviceman to come out in eight days..... What am I supposed to do without a refrigerator for over a week?? We typically have very good luck with Best Buy, and we buy a lot of things from them. But i'm really, really upset and disappointed in the service that i'm getting right now regarding getting my refrigerator up and running... Is it just me or has anybody else had issues like this?

Fridge delivered and working fine so far, although have not hooked up a water line so can't tell if the bar works.
Registering the warrantee is an absolute nightmare. Following the link from the QR code fills up the form for you but the "Register" button is not active and so you can't proceed. Probably because they don't actually debug their website on iOS devices because why would they...
Trying to fill up the form manually, on Safari, Firefox and Chrome all ends up with the same result of the Botton not working.
Not sure what I did eventually, but I suspect that following someone's advice on the Samsung forums I ended up registering on the UK website and then it showed up on my account and I could submit proof of purchase.
trying to call the Samsung customer support means waiting 30 min for an answer from general support, then transfer to "registration" support (which doesn't have its own number so if the line drops you need to go through this chain again), then waiting there another 30 min to finally talk to a human drone explaining that they can't actually register the product only help you troubleshoot their website. Alternatively (they actually suggested it!) you can purchase a samsung phone so can use the app on it to register your fridge...
So... if you feel like wasting 3 weeks registering the product, taking up an unpaid job working at the Samsung customer support or just forfeiting your warrantee, by all means this is the fridge for you.
