So when they delivered fridge they sent wrong panel for freezer. I was actually ok with this until they told me panel was on back order until feb. 9th. Then sent me a text saying on back order until feb 20th. Now i have to look at my panel less fridge for 2.5 months… absolutely… ridiculous! Also the auto ice shut off feature is trash. It literally wont make ice even of bin is not full. You have to move all the ice forward in order for it to function.

These refrigerators don't come with any panels, unlike any picture. It says panels sold separately so I ordered from Samsung as required. The order was placed and supposedly shipped out, even on the day of delivery I received an email stating my order was on time. Until the next day when i checked order status and there's now an unexpected delay. 3 weeks later, samsung has promised to get back to me within 3 business days and have never once reached out. Every time I have to deal with their annoying customer service while doing absolutely nothing. DO NOT BUY this refrigerator, you may never actually get to have it finished.
