Too hard to get my large iced tea pitcher out of the door. In door water pitcher takes up too much of my storage space. Everything else is great.

I would like to inform you about the purchase of my refrigerator. This comment is not due to bad intentions, but rather to tell you my experience about the Samsung-Bespoke 30 cu.ft refrigerator. French Door smart refrigerator. After 3 months my refrigerator stopped cooling, which led to the claim. which they tried to send a technician to repair it which for some reason they canceled the appointments for x reasons. Three weeks later I was able to make a claim which I was able to get my money back or the exchange of a new refrigerator.

Finally...an attractive refrigerator. We love our new refrigerator....doesn't look like an appliance...blends in like furniture. It took a while to get use to no handles, but appreciate the ability to see items due to better positioning of shelves. I do miss my wide deli drawer from previous Samsung. Don't miss door water dispenser, but appreciate the Beverage Center and multiple size ice cubes. Many compliments from friends.

Its huge and sleek, we love it! Buying the entire set has really set our kitchen apart. Just hated that it took 5 months for Best Buy to have the inventory to deliver

This is a beautiful refrigerator. It has lots of usable space. It replaced a 28 cu.ft. one but seems to hold lots more. The digital controls for temperature are super handy. It could be controlled by an app on your phone but I have not done that. Its operation is basically silent. Except for the ice bin. Getting ice out of an ice bin make the most noise of anything known to man, woman or cat. The only shortfall is the ice maker. The dual ice is nice but there is not much of it. If I did not have a separate ice machine it would be a problem. The water pitcher in the door full of cold, filtered water makes up for the lack of ice storage volume. That water is at a nice 36 degrees. When put in an insulated tumbler with the big ice cubes will stay cold, with ice, after 3 refills of water. It is a great fridge.

Fridge has been great so far huge upgrade from our prior fridge! I’ve maker and beverage center are must haves! Highly recommended

Love it, it is ver spacious. I wasn’t sure how I would like it without the beverage center on the door and I really think it looks sleek.

We have had the fridge for just over a month now and it is working great. It cools well, holds temperature evenly, and is very spacious, It is also huge and white!

I know a lot of people dont like samsung products, but this one has done an amazing job! Therr is more than enough room, keeping the fridge clean has been super easy, and the esthetics of the product fit great in the kitchen! Also, Geek Squad did an amazing job with the delivery, would definitely go through beat buy again!

Excellent to big family, nice look and functionality

This is a 21st century smart refrigerator. Smart design, noiseless, top notch performance and WiFi ready. I was in church when my daughter visited from Philadelphia. She opened the garage door and got into the house but, as soon as she opened the refrigerator, I called to tell her what she just did and she was blown away. Thanks to the intrusion feature of the refrigerator.

I’ve wanted this refrigerator for a long time! So happy with my purchase (so far). Even though the external measurements are the same as my previous Samsung, it takes up more space in my kitchen. There are so many positives, though, that I am really trying get comfortable with the external size. If I could’ve done it differently, I probably would’ve ordered the smaller size, but definitely would’ve stayed with a bespoke model.

Excellent addition to my kitchen. Ice maker is very quiet, unlike my 13 year old fridge that quit working. I'm hoping for at least 12 years from this one. Easy to clean and lots of space inside fridge and freezer. And the trick rollers were an unexpected surprise. Very nice.

The Samsung Bespoke is a thing of beauty. The glass panels set a modern tone in our home. The features are fairly intuitive with the bonus of having a water pitcher inside the door. It takes some getting used to if you are like us and have always had an exterior glass fill. But, the water tastes great and it is more functional. There is ample space, it seems a bit smaller than the advertised 30cu. ft., but somehow everything fits! It goes well with our other Samsung appliances.

Great fridge with lots of space inside, love the 2 different sizea of ice and chilled pitcher of water. Glass doors that you can use a dry erase maker on to help keep shopping needs listed and family memos posted. The storage drawers roll extremely smooth and the floding flex shelf is great for temporary storage of eversized items.

The refrigerator is the best purchase considering both the lowest and highest price options. The interior distribution and features showcase excellence at a pretty good price point. The fridge offers a perfect balance of space and additional features, including a jar that automatically fills with water. Overall, it is a great balance of price and features.

This is a great fridge for its "sale price" (usually on sale). There is plenty of room for storing food and drinks. The sliding shleves are great! The best feature is the auto refil pitcher. Refills in about 1 minute! I wish the ice maker was designed differently. It is sometimes difficult to side the door and put the scooper back with a cup in my hand.
