Great looking refrigerator for the price. At first was hesitant to buy another Samsung frig but learned that this was a totally new design and built as a more reliable one. still purchased the extra warranty however

Fridge is great. Looks nice, and functions well. After plugged in it cooled down very quickly. My wife wanted the White Glass Panels to match our kitchen color. It looks nice but I do miss having handles on the face of the doors to open and close the fridge. Thats why I only gave 4 it stars. Its a personal preference and no big deal. I like the water pitcher auto refill inside the left door. You will always have a pitcher of cold water handy and really convenient for making coffee. Over all its a great fridge!

Favorite thing is the automatic water refill pitcher! Nice clean lines, takes some getting used too with no handles on the front:)

Great refrigerator. Looks beautiful and easy to control with samsung app.

It’s good, the front doors are heavy ( swing open) so have to watch that. It has a thermostat inside. Plus it messages us when fridge door has been left open and when electric goes out. Our last went went out while we were out of town.

Love this fridge. It has a unique, sleek style that upscales the look of our kitchen. Better still is it’s extremely quiet. Huge freezer. We did not realize how much noise our older refrigerator made until we got this one. Just be sure you have room for the doors to open. They are thicker doors than most and need a good 4 inches of clearance on either side to open.

So far I am very pleased with the Bespoke fridge and have only had it about 3 weeks so far. I love the extra space in the fridge and freezer and the HUGE produce crisper drawers, it holds so much! It makes ice faster than we can use it this time of year so I have shut off the ice maker until we use what has accumulated. I will come back and report if anything goes south in the future, but for now I am very pleased with my purchase.

We really enjoy this fridge. We have owned all stainless steel appliances in the past but switched to this one thinking it would be easier to keep clean and we were right!

We love our new Samsung fridge! A huge upgrade from what we had an couldn’t be happier. We were skeptical at first but the reviews and customer service we’ve received thus far has been fantastic. Would recommend this fridge to anyone!

So far after a few weeks, we love our new refrigerator. It replaced a 14 year old much smaller one. We really like its' layout and features. We love the modern, sleek look of the glass doors. We certainly would recommend this model to anyone looking purchase a new refridgerator. Best Buy offered us a great deal on this model.

A little disappointed, we were looking at the 3 door French door with beverage center. Ordered and received the delivery on October 29th of this unit. Did not realized the diffenrent when we were looking for how to open the beverage door. Our mistake. Asked the sales person, it too late to swich. Nothing wrong with this one, so far we are happy, just a little let down.

We have this fridge for about two months and everything is very good and the way we wanted it to be. We couldn’t be more happier with the purchase.

Quiet operation amd easy to setup without user manual. Well and overpackaged with plastic and pad protected drawers wrapped. Does have a plastic cover on top of unit above door that prevents placement of items if too tall or may prevent proper fitment under a cabinet. Verify measurements.

Best fridge .

It's been a little over 10 years since I've needed to purchase a refrigerator so I wanted to get one that had more bells and whistles than what I currently had. I am more than happy with my Samsung Bespoke and love the additional room that I have with this one, especially since I'm hoping that it will last for at least 10 years.

This is a great refrigerator. We love the building in filtered water container. This is used for multiple different things from getting water to giving our animals water. The freezer and ice container are both very big and hold several items. Best refrigerator we have owned at this time.
