The refrigerator works perfectly, and the built-in water system provides convenient access to cold water at any time. However, there's one issue: the left and right doors are uneven. I noticed this immediately after the fridge was installed. The technician added some spacers, which temporarily fixed the problem for a few weeks, but now, after a month, the doors are misaligned again.

Quiet and spacious! The auto filling pitcher with infuser basket is great.

Very spacious and, conveniently placed shelves. One is quickly moved back to stand items such as wine bottles in front. I Love the filtered water pitcher in the door. It refills really quickly - good for making coffee or filling a to go cup. it's not as smudge proof as some other SS appliances. There are no door handles. Doors open grabbing the bottom or top of the door.

Best fridge we’ve ever owned. Keeps everything cold. Enough storage space / shelves to separate my breast milk, and mine and my significant others meal preps for breakfast lunch and dinner. Also the way it’s laid out kind of helps me stay organized with everything. Whatever you do don’t order it from Lowe’s. They had to send me a new one 3 different times because they just couldn’t deliver the correct one, then they delivered it beat up with dings everywhere on it, and then delivered the wrong one AGAIN. So I immediately went to Best Buy.. (alsooooo their delivery people are muchhhh nicer)

I don't know why this refrigerator has gotten less than glowing reviews. I have had it several months. I love the self filling pitcher, the dual sized ice cubes and how bright and spacious the inside is. I also love the modern clean lines and would highly recommend this fridge.

Very nice appearance, in door pitcher is great, lots of room, very useful layout. Fridge worked perfecy for 6 months then stopped filling pitcher and ice problems. Needed new motherboard but those are unavailable so they replaced whole unit, we bought BB warranty. Replacement unit arrived misaligned so doors dont closed properly and ice storage doesnt catch lid. Working this now.

So far, loving this refrigerator. Wasn't sure about not having adjustable shelves but there is good storage in the doors for tall stuff, plus little tucked away shelves at the bottom of the door good for medicines, etc. Best feature is definitely the water pitcher inside the door which auto refills !! Love the ice drawer too and how no room is wasted in fridge for ice. Quiet.

The entire family can be heard saying "I love this fridge" as we get in and out of it. There is so much room and it is easy to organize. We LOVE the water pitcher, which fills up very quickly. The double ice maker is fabulous!! The freezer is even easy to organize and I was a bit worried about things getting buried but it doesn't happen. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!!

I do love my new fridge. Its has plenty of rooms to store. All the drawers are best and easy to organize it. Its easy to clean. Plus, ice maker has lid which’s the reason I choose this fridge than other brands. Water pitcher’s easy to use. But our water pitcher stopped working in 3 weeks so we replacing it with same one. Other than that I really love this one.

This is my second bespoke fridge from samsung. The first was their initial side by side with internal ice maker in our previous house, and this was our upgrade in out new house. I love thia fridge. It. Not only is it spacious with plenty if different storage compartments, but it has the built kn water pitcher and the. I e cube makers create 2 sizes. My cons are… pitcher is plastic not glass, the middle shelf cant handle at lot of weing in thr center, and storage for tall bottles is limited

Love this fridge! I love the space it has and fresh water available anytime! The two types of ice is amazing because I like smaller ice and my hubby likes chunks so we get the best of both!

Love the fridge. Really love the ice options and the auto-fill pitcher. The shelf design is rather poor, especially the bottom shelf. Had a pack of raw meat leak and the juice got trapped between the glass and the plastic elements. Made it extremely difficult to clean.

This fridge is extremely spacious. We had BestBuy deliver and install it and we had no problems. It takes a while to remove all the plastic film but then it is shiny and durable. We love that there are two different ice makers and the refillable water pitcher is such a luxury! We'd recommend this fridge to anyone!

I really really wanted to love this fridge but it has some issues. It's huge but doesn't store as much as I'd hope for. LOVE the auto filling pitcher inside the door. Keeping the outside of it clean is a fulltime job for sure and bought wipes just for it. The shelving choices or lack there of is a huge issue. I will say you can totally fit a xl pizza box in this thing :)
