It is now a Frankenstein of parts. Everytime the Samsung service people come out they damage something in the kitchen (cabinets, floor, countertop, etc) and they refuse to take any responsibility. Hood still isn't working right. I can not have them keep coming out and damaging my kitchen.. seriously having to consider replacing all of the matching appliances with a different brand.

Waited 2 months and arrived SHATTERED

Like they have a range hood sitting back there….. I bought this in STOCK!!! Then i kept getting delay messages and two months later drops off this busted unit and no one cares.
