Called Best Buy— waited on hold—-to be told it was a delivery issue and then put on hold with the delivery dept! Like they have a range hood sitting back there….. I bought this in STOCK!!! Then i kept getting delay messages and two months later drops off this busted unit and no one cares.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The hood was dented and damaged even before we took it out of the box. I think its more of a smasung quality issue where someone in the assembly line was fine with structural damage and went ahead and put the screws and packed it. The pain here is we already hired a contractor to install it with other house work. Now best buy had to find replacement.

Ordered in mid August. Still haven't gotten it. I've literally built the rest of the house and literally everything has arrived faster than this.
It blows my mid that they still offer this for sale, and they can't even meet production.
Spent 2 hours on the phone with best buy, only to get transfered repeatedly to different departments because no one wants to help me. Utterly atrocious support. I don't care how good the product is, it's not worth dealing with best buy on it. Whether it's a good deal or not.
