Great washer for clothes

Washes great, cleans clothes. Though our old washer hoses had to be replaced when they installed it which required another plumber but thats on us. Delivery crew came up a flight of stairs installed it and hauled away our old washer.

The washer is great with a lot of good features. Glad we purchased it. The experience would have been significantly better if we had gotten it in the timeframe we were initially told when we purchased it. Almost 2 months later and it arrived. Other than that, no complaints.

very quite and handles loads well, but being an older person I should hav gotten a top loader

I’ve had to return this washer three times. It still isn’t working. You can imagine being a first time homeowner, needing to buy all your appliances, plus, the moving fees, down payment, ect. The last thing you want and expect is for your new appliances not to work. Very disappointing. I’m at “total tech member” pay for the extra membership so I wouldn’t have to be dealing with this issues.
