    The black stainless steel panels came in bent and had to to return. Also delivery for the item was rescheduled three times.

    Paid and never receive the product

    Ordered this on Dec 29th, 2021, and Ive made delivery appointment under the order status and got confirmation. But the delivery appointment keeps getting cancelled for more than 4 times. This item that bestbuy has charged me and never deliver the item. I've never had such unpleasant online purchasing experience.
