Best buy comes through where Samsung falls short

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung is incapable of shipping these panels to my address so I had to pay out of pocket at Best buy rather than use my promotional credit that Samsung gave me through Samsung's website.

Worst ever experience

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a worst experience buying this product in Best Buy, may be this will be my last order from Best Buy. 1) Ordered a Samsung bespoke refrigerator panel on sep30 and they couldn’t deliver till dec 12. 2) Have you ever seen a company sending a wrong product twice and that happend in my case 3) it wasted multiple Best Buy employee ‘s time /my time . 4) Customer service seems to generic and never acknowledged on what went wrong , neither ready to provide solution . Only thing they did is placing order one more time

Paid and never receive the product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered this on Dec 29th, 2021, and Ive made delivery appointment under the order status and got confirmation. But the delivery appointment keeps getting cancelled for more than 4 times. This item that bestbuy has charged me and never deliver the item. I've never had such unpleasant online purchasing experience.
