Our refrigerator took two months to arrive and then the panels took another three. Best Buy provides no support at all once the sale is closed. You are on your own to track the shipments. The glass panels themselves are very nice and seem durable. Easy to clean.

The whole point of the bespoke is to be able to change the look of your appliances easily. This was an easy install with 4 tabs and voila it was done. This stainless looks great in comparison to the white glass and gave my kitchen a more elegant look.
