    It's been over 4 months and still don't have this panel. It was originally supposed to have arrived in May and kept getting pushed back. The top 2 panels took 2 months and arrived undamaged and I installed them myself. What I did notice is they are not the same color as my real Samsung stainless steel stove. Furthermore, they are soft. I put a kitchen magnet on the panel and when it moved it scratched the panel. I used auto polish and managed to remove the finer scratches. The deeper ones are hardly perceptible but its still very disappointing. I'm very worried about this panel as I have 3 huskies and they can scratch the bottom panel ruining it. When it arrives I think I'll just leave the protective plastic on it.

    Refridgerator Panel Bent

    We've been waiting 2 months for this refridgerator and when it got here this panel was bent. It's usable but looks tacky and cheap. Now we have to wait another 2 months for the replacemnt. Really bad service.

    Horrible, bought this in early December, 2022. It is now March 31st without receiving it. Ive been pushed back 4 times now saying mid may. DO NOT BUY THIS

    Good product however it took me 4 months to get it. After numerous cancellations from Best Buy and rescheduling. Finally when i recieved it they just dropped it off and didnt install it.

    Install team broke the pins, holding the panel, but shoved them up in there anyways now I have a panel that is loose on the refrigerator

    They didn’t install it, I requested to have them install it and they said no. So it’s laying on the side of refrigerator uninstalled
