    Be prepared to wait an indeterminant amount of time for this product to ship to you. Our refrigerator took two months to arrive and then the panels took another three. Best Buy provides no support at all once the sale is closed. You are on your own to track the shipments. The glass panels themselves are very nice and seem durable. Easy to clean.

    Way too easy to bend, came pretty beat up and was hard to put panel in compared to the glass panel.

    I have ordered this item along side with my refrigerator olin last November. It is been 8 month that i get delayed constantly. No one is responding.

    This is a perfectly fine product. It’s a panel in the color you choose. DO NOT ORDER IT FROM BEST BUY. You can get them from many other retailers, including the manufacturer directly, for the same price. I was rescheduled a half dozen times, often the day of or after sitting around waiting, only to be explicitly lied to by Best Buy customer service saying they were on the way or some mysterious warehouse issue came up.

    very poor so far, it went from being delivered in Jan, then feb, , then march and now april, not sure if i will ever get a product i was told was in stock during purchase

    Best Buy, You Should Be Embarrassed

    We ordered a Samsung Bespoke fridge panel on May 17. It’s now June 22, and after FOUR rescheduled appointments, the order was suddenly canceled—no warning, no email, no explanation. I called customer service and got Mark, based in the Philippines, who kept me on the phone for over an hour, placing me on hold again and again. Every time I asked for a supervisor, he stalled. He refused to give his employee ID, admitted he couldn’t check inventory, and then canceled my order as his “solution.” No help, no accountability—just canceled it and told me to “call back” if I didn’t get it. When we finally reached a supervisor named Dale, we were hopeful for an actual resolution. Instead, we were told the only option was to repurchase the panels just to reschedule delivery—even though they can’t see inventory to confirm if it’s even available. When we asked how that made sense, there was no real answer—just a cold, scripted response. When we said we’d be reporting Mark for how he handled the situation, his reply? “We’re offshore.” In other words: good luck doing anything about it. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years. I even have a Best Buy credit card. But after this? I’m done. You took my money, delivered nothing, and expected me to buy it again just to “try” rebooking. Absolutely disgraceful. Shame on you, Best Buy. You let customers order items online without knowing when (or if) they’ll arrive. Your customer service in the Philippines gives false promises, treats paying customers like they don’t matter. Your offshore support is actively destroying your brand.
