The one complaint is that it is still pretty loud during the spin cycles, would have expected it to be quieter.

Both units have broken within the first year - the dryer within a couple of months and the washer at the year mark. I have an extended warranty for both, so if you decide to get the set (which, I wouldn’t), make sure you do too. What I like is that I know on the app when the washer and dryer have finished and the auto dispenser for detergent. If the units didn’t break so easily, I’d recommend them.
