Easy install, amazing quality. All of the feautures are striaght forward and easy to use. Setting up Samsung smart things was simple and straight forward. The ability to monitor the wash cycle and control settings on the go is extremely beneficial. The auto soap and detergent dispensers have worked great as well. I can ask for someone to put in a load while running errands and can control everything else needed while on the go. Love the product.

My first washer purchase! Extremely pleased with this washer. The features are amazing. Cleans clothes extremely well. The only complaint I have is that it does take a moment because you have to click the on button each time you want to wash clothes but honestly it’s well worth it. I bought the matching dryer as well. I’d buy this again.

This washer doesn't match the dryer. The dryer needs to step it's game up. The optimized wash is amazing, so is the steamed whites, bedding... shoot... Allll the settings are amazing (unlike the dryer). To throw your clothes in and just wash is a great feeling. I don't like the touch capacitive buttons, but to each his own.

Always love Samsung products, and now we have the Bespoke washer and dryer to add to our collection! Best Buy had the best price and customer service!

I replaced a 14 year old Samsung washer with this one and it did not disappoint. My wife runs 70 miles a week and there are a couple of older items that had a lingering smell, even after multiple washes with the older machine. After one wash using the steam cycle, they were as good as new. Huge capacity washer, and the smart wash/AI setting works well.
