Replaced a 20 year old Kenmore front loader with this model. So far I love it! Has a self clean cycle and will tell you when to use it so you don’t get mold and mildew which is typical with front loaders. (I also leave the drawer cracked and the door open between loads.) It is easy to empty the drain when you need to- there’s a convenient access door on the front. I love the AI Optiwash setting. It chooses the best wash and rinse cycles based on the dirtiness of the load. Hardly uses any water at all. Very economical to use; costs around a dollar a month. Looks amazing, sleek and modern. I would definitely recommend this washer.

So far so good on the washer and dryer. I completely leveled the washer before stacking the dryer on top with the stacking kit, and it still rocks a tiny bit, enough to feel it on the floor about 15' away (i have it on first floor - not in basement). The one thing i have to complain about which isnt a deal breaker, but the stupid end of cycle chime goes on for what seems to be about 30 seconds... Its not even a nice chime, seems out of tune. You either have to hear that unacceptable nonsense, or you have to completely turn ALL sounds off... Not even an option to just shut chime off. This is definitely one thing they failed on.

Love how easy to use and it is big enough for my large comforter.

Works great. Spins well. Machine is super quiet. Doesn’t buzz at end of cycle ; it plays a melody.

All these great reviews leave me scratching my head. These were so expensive, and look… I know it’s pretty, and I understand the app seems cool… but not worth your sanity! We’ve had a terrible experience with this washer. Clothes don’t get clean, I have to add detergent to the drum on top of detergent setting on high from auto dispenser. Timer regularly say 45 min, then takes over an hour to complete (and again clothes still don’t smell clean) But worst of all, we constantly have to drain and empty a basket in the door on bottom. On multiple occasions I have spent 45 minutes sitting in the floor draining gallons of water before I can clean the basket AND it still floods my floor and pedestals underneath. And it holds your clothes hostage until you complete this insane process. Unless you’re scheduling a regular (weekly) clean out of this basket between washes, then I strongly recommend a different model. I’d trade it in a heartbeat for the 10 year old washer I gave away to by this boujee hunk of junk. :(

Everything was great until the washing machine started making extreme noise on the spin cycles. Got to the point where it is unbearable to do laundry. Sounds like a jet is ready for take off in my kitchen. You can hear it outside. Repairman is unable to repair as the parts needed are unavailable or arrive damaged. Received check to replace the washer but now I have to buy both a new washer and dryer because the washer is no longer available in silver steel and my units are stacked in my kitchen and exposed. I can’t stack the dryer on another brand washer. This is so unacceptable.

Purchased this set and unfortunately not my favorite. Really do not care for the digital display/touch button. I prefer the turn dial and quick access for efficiency. There seems to be a lag when touching the button to initiate the settings. We have the black unit, and definitely not a fan of that. It shows all dust, dog hair and fingerprints. The washer takes over an hour for a load and the dryer in my opinion does not dry clothes efficiently. Returning unit for an alternate set. :( Disappointed as the unit aesthetically looks nice, but not the best quality.

I bought this July 2021. I had no issues with the washer. I loved it, but 2 years later with a few months, I anm having issues. My washer started making a loud noise while it spins to drain. I called Samsung tech support to schedule an app to repair washer. Let’s see how much it’ll cost to repair.

No problem at all what so ever the best machine i ever buy

The product is working fine, the store sold me a machine that someone had taken, removed the shipping bolts and put soap in it. It was not new as I was told and there is no book, directions, warranty card, any paper work. Very disappointed in the Best Buy experience

We purchased this 5 weeks ago. It stopped working last week. We contacted Samsung and have had 2 separate repairmen, from different companies come out and change different parts, as instructed by Samsung. Neither repairman even knew how to open the unit and had to watch videos sent to them by Samsung. Both parts did not help, and we still have the same error code. We now have to wait again for ANOTHER part, and another repair company (as the others refuse to come back again). At this point, I will have been waiting for it to get fixed LONGER than we have been able to use it. I have been having to take time off work for repair visits, and spend $100’s at the laundromat while they try to fix it. They refuse to call it defective and replace. There is no reason a 5 week old machine should need to be ‘rebuilt’, part by part to try to get it to work.

Help!!! I just bought the washer and dryer set about 4 months and my washer wont turn on anymore. For a few days it would go through each option in the smart panel at random, turn off during a cycle, but today it is completed off. Power will not turn on.

We bought both the washer and dryer. Two years later the washer is constantly leaking. Its not coming from the door. The vibration is horrible and the machine moves with every wash. It gas been adjusted several times by technicians. We do not recommend, it was an absolute waste of money and the dryer overheats even after replacing the heating element.

I’ve only had the set for a month and the washer is already squeaking. After spending over $2000 on a washer and dryer, I would expect top quality.
