If it were simply on the quality of the refrigerator and washer and dryer, I would say the quality is a five star, but the electronic applications require the geek squad to come out to do the app work.

If I put all whites and did a regular wash did not do a great cleaning of the soil. But for the price seems like a good machine.

The drum made very unpleasant noises. Best Buy took another two weeks to replace the washer. So far the second machine has been awesome, very quite with tons of settings and steam cleaning too.
