We had to get it repaired and replace the entire drum! That is crazy for something we bought 3 months prior. Definitely look for a different brand!

After three uses, the clothes came out soaked wet after cycles. Due to the California fires, I couldn’t call Bestbuy to resolve the issue right away. Now, I’m dealing with Samsung. They’ve come twice to replicate the issue but can’t. They say it’s an unbalancing issue with our loads, but it happens even with just washing a small and medium load.

Do not purchase Samsung from Best Buy

Four months after making this purchase I started having issues and now am dealing with everyone passing the buck. Best Buy cant help, sent me to Samsung, Samsung sent me to a 3rd party repair company called Service Quick. This has been an absolute nightmare!

Decided to upgrade and wish I never had. This washer is NOT as efficient as its older counterpart. The Self Clean mode stops a wash cycle mid way through and you have to take your wet laundry out and wait for almost 4 hours for the self clean feature to complete. No warning at all. I called Samsung support and they basically said tough luck..

After every 40 cycles, the washer displays the "Remove laundry and hold to clean washer" message for an hour to alert you to run the Self Clean+ cycle.

The worse decision ever. On the second load the dryer started making a grinding noise. And after a few loads the washer sounds like it’s going to fall apart. It’s level the floor is level and all 4 feet are on the floor. Where not overloading the washer. We owned a front loading set for 10 years AMA never had these issues. And to be honest for how much they cost there’s nothing special about them. Thank god Best Buy is coming to pick them up and deliver our new GE set.
