Love this washer! The sleek design made my laundry room looks expensive. It’s capacity is huge and the touchscreen feature is amazing. I always buy Samsung appliances so to match my kitchen, I ended up buying a Bespoke refrigerator.

These are our 2nd set of Samsung stackable units. The first we had for 10+ years before we needed to replace them. The size is great and the options for cycles is very versatile. You can create the perfect load.

Machine wash really good. if you download the smart things app you can control everything through there and also you can view the energy consumption.

The Samsung washer and dryer both work fantastically. I have all Samsung appliances and tv's in my home. And, with Samsung Smartthings, I can monitor all of my Samsung products through the Smartthings mobil app; which is a very useful tool.

Feel hesitant first if I will purchase this new bespoke. But after 7 months of use, we don’t ha e any issues with this machine. Convenient and very easy to operate. Good purchase

I really like this washer, the clothes come out super squeaky clean and the washer is very quiet. I even like the little song it plays when its done. It has a lot of different wash modes too abd even steam clean and sanitize!

Since we're a family of 5 now I decided to replace our older smaller washer and dryer to cut down on time spent on laundry. These new units hold a lot but they have drastically increased my time doing laundry. The washer can't seem to balance it self to spin all the water out so I'm having to take everything out untangle it and put it back in for a spin. Quick wash says 28 minutes but it will take over an hour to get all the water out. Dryer immediately tangles and balls everything up. So when the cycle is "done" I have to take it all out, untangle and undo the wads of soaking wet things and start another cycle. Took 3 cycles to dry the sheets off 2 twin beds. Almost a whole day just to end up with heavily wrinkled sheets and clothes. I don't understand how fresh out the dryer everything is so wrinkled. My other units were smaller and i had to do more loads but i got 5 beds worth of linens and towels done in ONE day. Returning immediately. Do not recommend!!
