Best buy has good products, installation team needs to be reevaluated.

Biggest complaint is that water sits in the door well so every time when you are finished with laundry you have to dry it out to keep a mildew smell from your clothes

If it were simply on the quality of the refrigerator and washer and dryer, I would say the quality is a five star, but the electronic applications require the geek squad to come out to do the app work.

Sleek but has few draw backs

If I put all whites and did a regular wash did not do a great cleaning of the soil. But for the price seems like a good machine.
