Seems to take a long time to heat up. But the bigger problem is that after about 4 months of light use, the ignition system broke and I cannot use the stovetop. Good thing it’s still under warranty. But you might want to consider the extended warranty

If you stand in the center of the stove, to use the burners, the oven turns on…. And the start and stop buttons are so close together good luck turning it off… now… when i ordered it was to have an air fry function they sent me a “pan” but no air fry function….… and it took nearly an hour to roast vegetables in the upper oven at 350 degrees! Need I go on….worst feature is that the oven turns on when using the stove…. And the oven light knob does not turn on, when the oven comes on…. I blew it because i got the appliances too early, contractor said next week for appliances, but they didn'tget installed with plumber… so lost my two week window!

a. Independent Cooktop Controls: The cooktop (stovetop) operates independently of the oven, using its own precision knobs. These are separate from the central oven control dial.
b. Oven Start/Stop Button: This Samsung gas range model features two Start/Stop buttons on the control panel — one for the upper oven and one for the lower oven. Each button corresponds directly to the oven cavity selected using the Cavity Selector buttons.
When the divider is installed, select the desired oven cavity (Upper or Lower), then press and hold the corresponding Start/Stop button to begin operation. A long press is required to start the oven. A quick tap will stop or cancel the operation.
c. Air Fry Feature: This model includes an Air Fry function and comes with a dedicated Air Fry tray (not a pan). This feature is particularly effective for crisping and roasting foods like vegetables.
d. Convection Vegetable: The model also supports Convection Vegetable, which promotes more even cooking. For best performance, the divider should not be used during convection cooking. Cooking time and temperature will vary depending on the type and size of vegetables being roasted.
In addition, only the cooktop precision knobs are illuminated when in use. The central oven control dial does not light up.

We ended up buying this and the matching refrigerator and microwave. Best Buy did an excellent job on the installations. Everything has been rock solid.
