The stove is amazing, delivery was fishy the drivers wanted cash

Very bad experience. The stove came with an internal gas canister. I bought it in an open box thinking that Best Buy would certify and check this product before selling it again. Although I put the Greek Squer insurance on it, I still haven't been able to get a technician to repair, check, or replace the product. I went to the store. They told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung. It turns out that it doesn't have an IMEI and neither Samsung nor Best Buy takes responsibility.

Amazing Gas Stove

Purchased this gas stove back in September 2025. Reviewing this stove as of March 2026. The stove is fantastic. Does what it needs to. Love the technology behind it. You can connect your phone and see what is in the oven baking without getting up from the couch. The burners are top notch and I love the light up buttons. Quite expensive stove but its a nice one to have.
We know the feeling of dealing with a range with a griddle that does not ignite. Let us assist.

Looks great, setup was simple, and the dual burner is intense! Easy connection to the smart things app and everything. Kicks out more heat from the back vents when the oven is on than I expected, but maybe that's normal.
