I bought it in an open box thinking that Best Buy would certify and check this product before selling it again. Although I put the Greek Squer insurance on it, I still haven't been able to get a technician to repair, check, or replace the product. I went to the store. They told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung. It turns out that it doesn't have an IMEI and neither Samsung nor Best Buy takes responsibility.

Easy connection to the smart things app and everything. Kicks out more heat from the back vents when the oven is on than I expected, but maybe that's normal.
