I bought this item on April 2nd with the delivery date scheduled on 7th. They delayed the delivery to two weeks later date and eventually cancelled it with out notifying me and my agreement. Their staff and service périple are reckless and their sales coordination is below Zero. The installation team arrived my home while gas stove was still waiting for the team to be picked up.

Along with the Samsung range hood with faulty buttons I doubt I’ll ever buy Samsung again. Both repairs will end up costing half the price we paid for the unit - not worth the headache. Eschew the gas for an electric oven.
