It’s taking some getting used to. There is only one control for temperature. This design requires you to select the burner before adjusting the temp. That adds some difficulty when using more than one burner at a time. The pause function is nice when you need to quickly reduce heat. However, again, when using multiple burners it will pause (reduce) all of the burners. The control panel is very sleek and the look is great. The oven is also great I love the ability to set a timer so the oven will stop heating once cook time is complete. The convection air fry is also great!

I can’t believe how quickly it brings water to boil and responsive to changing the temperature of the burners.

Since there is no way to adjust the sensitivity of the control panel, I recommend using the control lock feature instead. When engaged, this feature locks all control panel functions, preventing accidental activation. You can find instructions on how to use this feature on page 32 of the user manual, linked below.

The induction stovetop is at least twice as fast boiling water as a NewWave cooktop. I am still getting used to the oven settings, however, the air fry is disappointing.
