I am disappointed after paying $5,000 for a set of Samsung appliances. Guess we have to buy all new induction cookware on top of appliance cost.

One issue is bad, two issues a deal-breaker

When it arrived around June 20, the control panel didn't work. Dead on arrival. Best Buy sent out a technician a couple weeks later to assess the issue. He suggested a replacement. Okay, that can happen. You can get a lemon occasionally. Best Buy picked it up this week (July 24) and installed the new one. Apparently there's a circuit board issue on the replacement. If you keep it plugged in, the circuit causes the oven to lock itself and it needs to be be unplugged to unlock it. Nope! One issue on one oven is bad, but another serious issue on a replacement oven is a deal-breaker. I've requested a refund and I'm researching other oven brands. There's a serious circuit board issue with this model. I've been without an oven for a couple months. I'm willing to wait to find the right oven for me. Best Buy was fine throughout the process. A little slow, but fine, helpful and courteous. Samsung is the issue.
