Not what I was expecting from Samsung

Best buy return polocy was off already so we had to deal with Samsung customer service. They were not able to fix it by phone so they sent a "local" company to fix it. The technician mention that he didn't have any training on this new line. 1st visit he couldn't fix it so he order parts, 2nd visit parts didnt fix the issue so he ordered more parts, 3rd visit parts didnt fix the issue so he ordered more parts. 1 more week passed and parts didnt arrived. Today it has been 4-5 weeks without a range. Now samsung says they will replace it but my best option will arrive 2-3 more weeks. Can you imagine? Now, i dont know what to do since I have already all the BESPOKE line in my kitchen so I will have to get just a replacement and wish for the best. Now talking about the first 18 days that it worked, we relly like it, its just the buttons a little hard to press but once you get it it gets easier.

Did not like it

It was too complicated. At my age needed one much easier. So, with that said returned it to Best Buy and purchased one with knobs from Best Buy.

Best Buy feels like the Worst Buy

Avoid this oven!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The control panel is embedded in glass and is virtually invisible. I have had two replacements, because the control panel is supposed to light up. A Best Buy / Geek Squad person came to fix the third one but had me call Samsung. Three appointments set by Samsung - and no one showed up. I am awaiting another no-show tomorrow.
