Reason why I didn’t leave it a 5 star is because you have to post many buttons to operate this thing and it’s not easy to clean, it likes to leave streaks! And if your OCD like me it’s not fun lol . Other than that it work great! I love the air sous vide and induction options.

    Marks on Cooktop

We’ve had this range for less than two months and have barely used the cooktop, as we have mainly been using the oven. Despite using only Samsung-approved cleaners, the cooktop already has stubborn white marks that won’t come off—and these are not scratches. Honestly, I’m very disappointed with how it looks for such a new appliance.

This product is still under warranty. I was cooking on he front right burner when it started smoking. I couldn't reduce the heat as I had it already on #2. The entire burner was bright red and I turned it off but it stayed white. I checked the other burners and the same thing, even on the lowest setting the burners were bright red over the entire burner. I could not adjust the heat down. I would not recommend this stove

      Hi Carolyn,

We understand how important it is for your range to function safely and give you full control during everyday use. We’re here to help and want to make sure this gets the attention it deserves.

Based on what you’ve described — such as the burner glowing bright red, producing smoke, and not responding to heat adjustments — this is not typical behavior for an induction cooktop. Induction elements don’t generate visible red heat like traditional radiant burners, and they only activate when compatible cookware is in place. Once turned off, they should not stay hot beyond residual heat from the cookware itself.

Since your range is still under warranty, we’d like to help get this resolved as quickly as possible. We’ve included a support link below where you can schedule a visit with a qualified Samsung technician:

I have had this range for a little over one month. I am really pleased with it. The induction cooktop is a wonder. The range of temperatures is far greater and faster than I have ever seen. The cooktop is much safer, for me, than gas or electric elements. The top gets hot from the pan above it but does not retain the heat when the pan is removed. The cooktop element will not operate if there is no pan over it so there is no risk of an open flame or glowing element. The ambient edge lighting is a reminder that the range is in operation. I was a bit skeptical about the matt finish on the cooktop but so far, it just needs a damp paper towel, possibly with a spray cleaner for grease splatters but that’s it. The oven works well. The convection cycles are useful for so many things because the food cooks at a little lower temperature and a little faster. I use it more often than the conventional baking cycles. The cavity is a good size for a family holiday meal but the storage drawer is a bit shallow but it hold full size baking sheets and some shallow pans. I used the steam cleaning cycle once and the results were fair. It is nice to have the high temperature self cleaning option that I did many manufacturers are getting away from. One concern that prospective buyers should consider is the amperage in their electrical service. I nearly bought a range that required 50 amps which exceeded the 40 amp circuit I had. This range met that requirement but many ranges on the market might not meet yours so I would encourage you to check that out. Overall, it is a great range.

I’ve been using this induction range for 4 weeks and it has quickly become the centerpiece of my kitchen. The sleek matte black steel design gives it a modern, high-end look that blends seamlessly with my space. What I Liked: Fast & Precise Cooking: The induction burners heat up almost instantly, making boiling water or searing food much quicker than with my old electric range. Even Cooking: I noticed meals cook more evenly, and the oven bakes consistently without hot spots. Smart Features: The touch controls are intuitive, and the edge lighting adds a really unique aesthetic when cooking. Easy Cleaning: The smooth matte surface and oven interior make cleanup far easier compared to traditional coil or gas ranges. What I Disliked: Learning Curve: It took me a few days to adjust to how responsive induction is compared to standard electric burners. Price Point: It’s definitely on the higher end cost-wise, but the performance has made it feel worth the investment.

    Bespoke induction range

I've had this range for just under a week and so far I'm enjoying it. The range is attractive and cheerful, so I enjoy walking into the kitchen and seeing it. The induction cooktop heats pans quickly and evenly and the temperature is consistent. The oven heats well and cooks evenly as well. My favorite feature is the matte cooktop. When not in use it looks like an extension of the countertop - there's no glare or shine like there would be with a glass top, it's easy to clean and it doesn't scratch. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is there are a few details I would change... There is only one large heating element and the rest are for small pots/pans. While there is a bridge, which allows for a griddle, which is nice, I would always prefer to be able to cook with at least two large pots/pans at a time, vs multiple small saucepans. For example when making lasagna or spaghetti I want to be able to boil water while also sauteeing the meat. I know I'm not alone as this seems to be the most common complaint with most induction ranges so my suggestion would be to either offer ranges with 2 large spaces and 2 small, or to offer the option of that spot being interchangeable, like many electric ranges offer. While I love that there are no knobs or dials, the thing that I don't love about the touch top is that the controls for the cooking methods and the timer controls are included in the same setting feature as the function settings: setting the date and time, resetting to factory default, controlling the sound etc. It's confusing and cumbersome to have to fumble through all of those settings just to choose the method of cooking you want to do: air fry, convection or setting the timer. I would have preferred they divided these functions between 2 setting buttons in order to create a smoother more intuitive cooking experience. Ultimately though, I'm sure that will become easier to navigate over time and through repetition, and as I said at the beginning of this review, overall, this a very enjoyable and satisfying range to cook with

I bought the Samsung Bespoke Induction Range thinking it would just look cool in my kitchen. Now I’m over here pretending I’m on a cooking show. This thing heats up faster than my patience runs out, and it somehow makes my food taste like I actually knew what I was doing. The smart features are wild — I can preheat it from my phone like some kind of culinary wizard. The induction top boils water in about 10 seconds (okay, not really, but it feels that fast). And cleaning? One quick wipe and it’s spotless, unlike my life. Also, it’s so quiet that I keep checking to make sure it’s actually on. It’s like the ninja of stoves — efficient, powerful, and way too good-looking.

So far so good. Heats up very quickly and can tell it's much more efficient. Haven't figured out the ambient lighting yet, but it's a great looking range. It does stick out a little in front the counter. Would be best with an inset electrical plug so it could go back an extra 2 inches.

Be weary of buying appliances from Best Buy

I love the design of the Bespoke series of appliances but dealing with Best Buy Delivery has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered a whole new set of Samsung BeSpoke kitchen appliances from BB. The fridge was delivered and installed worked great. They broke the microwave while installing (I found the broken piece hidden behind my range hood), the door and racks for the dishwasher were incorrectly installed ands don’t work properly, and they didn’t even install the range. They said they would be back in a few days because something was missing. A month later it’s still sitting in my garage. Then somebody finally came to install and they said they don’t remove or touch anything gas even though they’ll install a gas range. The whole thing has been a nightmare and I want to return everything and bring my business elsewhere.

So far so good with his new range. The induction speed for heating up a pot of water is amazing and it takes some getting used to for cooking everything else I would say it’s much more like cooking with gas but a little clumsy in that you don’t have the precise control that you get on a gas cooktop. This range has a touchscreen, the controls are nice and all the options are fairly well organized. One thing I don’t like about it is that the capacitive touch doesn’t work too well and it usually takes me a few tries to get it to register. That could be a little bit of user error and I’ll figure out how to press on the screen to get the correct setting the first time. As for the oven, the air fryer seems to be a gimmick and if you’re buying this with the hopes of getting rid of your countertop air fryer, don’t. Definitely doesn’t work anywhere near as well as a dedicated air fryer as far as regular baking seems to work very well with the few things I’ve thrown in the oven so far

We love this range! Amazing and best one we ever got. Extremely fast! Air fryer is just wow and fast. Now I don’t need countertop air fryer, this is perfect! Turkey mode feature was incredible during the Xmas holiday because it was fast and juicy. 16 lbs usually takes 3-3.5 hours, this was done in 2 hours and 20 minutes! But we were able to keep it warm and moisturizing it. Taste amazing. I haven’t try all other features yet but bake, just about right time, bake convection is good and fast, rather use air fryer more often anyway. Induction is also great and fast. Boiling in big pot usually takes longer but this is ready in 5 minutes or so. This is much more faster than gas range and safer as well. Get it!
