They did not have in stock. They gave me a date it would be in but then called and moved out that date. I called a day before that date and they still did not have my stove. They moved it out again and said it maybe longer. Still no oven.

never got it Best Buy sale products the do not have on his inventory. sale promise of the company send it on time but If something happened they made you wait and wait

Worst Large Appliance Purchase Ever -

It was a tale of two Best Buys. The service at the Novi Michigan Best Buy was top notch. The follow up service including installation, communication, and follow up was terrible. I would not recommend purchasing large appliances from Best Buy because of my experience. I am still currently awaiting a follow up call from management that I was told would happen three days ago. I haven't used the range enough to give it a rating as I finally got it properly installed by someone other than Best Buy.

12 days have passed since the purchase of the product, it has not yet been delivered, the delivery has been postponed for another two weeks. why sell a product and not warn that it will be possible in a month?

Absolutely love this range. Everything about it is top notch. It really made my kitchen pop with it's sleek white glass look as well as the ambient lighting and the induction burners. I would not change a thing about this range.
