They gave me a date it would be in but then called and moved out that date. I called a day before that date and they still did not have my stove. They moved it out again and said it maybe longer. Worst Large Appliance Purchase Ever -

The service at the Novi Michigan Best Buy was top notch. The follow up service including installation, communication, and follow up was terrible. I would not recommend purchasing large appliances from Best Buy because of my experience. I am still currently awaiting a follow up call from management that I was told would happen three days ago. I haven't used the range enough to give it a rating as I finally got it properly installed by someone other than Best Buy.
