This range is the best ever. The controls are very easy to use and that’s all I need.

The cooktop is super easy to clean, nothing like the older glass ones; a damp sponge is all we need on most evenings. The oven works as an oven should, very pleased.

A pan we use regularly wouldn't register on the cooktop because of the shape so the burners wouldn't turn on. It's a neat feature but just not for us. We returned.

Wish it had a "traditional" stove backing to prevent stuff from falling behind stove and to make clock more visible.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Currently it’s 3⭐️s because it looks very nice but it’s not working since the wrong chord was sent with the delivery/installation team so I wasn’t able to get it connected. We had three appliances that were supposed to be delivered AND installed and only the fridge was “installed” al thought they didn’t have the correct fittings for the water line but at least it was plugged in. The guys were very friendly and nice enough to let us know in advance of the issues but this still doesn’t speak well of Best Buy’s and all other box stores that have outsourced their delivery/installation services to third parties. They aren’t given the correct equipment and are not able to resolve the issue immediately like they used to. We always purchase our appliances from Best Buy but if this is the type of service we will be getting from now on I rather look at other options since I will still have to hire a professional to finish the job.
