    Amazing Induction Stove

Awesome stove. This stove has cut my kitchen time in half! I love the modern look and all the features. I have gotten so many compliments. The stove cooks everything evenly; moreover, the oven is huge. The scratch resistant cooking surface is easy to clean. My only is issue is the glass control panel that is not so easy to keep clean. It is a fingerprint magnet. Beware that you may have to purchase new cookware; however, Samsung offers a rebate for a completely free Circulon 11-Piece Hybrid Stainless Set. I would also suggest that you get a 5-year warranty and do your research to take advantage of the Bestbuy price match.

Excellent stove and looks very sleek. Cooks very evenly and heats up the pans fast. Boiling water time is practically cut in half. Very easy to clean. Oven is well insulated and does not heat up the kitchen like our last range did. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic Upgrade with a Few Minor Hiccups

I recently purchased the Bespoke Range Induction Stove to replace my old Samsung electric range stove, which the oven had stopped working. After considering various options, we decided to make the switch to induction, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The induction stove has been a game-changer in our kitchen. Cooking times are significantly faster compared to our previous electric range, which has made meal preparation much more efficient. The sleek design and modern features are also a welcome upgrade, adding a touch of sophistication to our kitchen. However, there are a couple of minor issues worth mentioning. The bottom drawer of the stove is smaller than I expected, which limits storage space. Additionally, the material used in the drawer feels a bit less sturdy compared to other components of the stove. While these are minor inconveniences, they are worth noting for anyone considering this model. Overall, I’m thrilled with the performance and speed of the Bespoke Range Induction Stove. The transition from electric to induction has been smooth, and the benefits far outweigh the small drawbacks.

Believe me when I tell you that it has been the best investment I have made so far, very simple and easy to clean if you have children you can be calm since it does not feel hot if you pass your hands. Aesthetically it is beautiful and the best thing about having made the purchase at Best Buy was the attention and the price, I did not get a better price than here 100000/10

    Elevated my culinary expertise

I thought induction was kind-of a marketing gimmick honestly. That is, until I used it. This elevated my culinary skills by just having a consistantl even heating on the pans. Now it’s almost impossible to ruin food, unless you have it on too high of a setting. The air frying option REALLY works. I had a Frigidaire (probably the worst appliance company known to man) which had air fry and it didn’t work anything like this one. The app is another thing I thought was hokey… NOPE! Use it ALL the time. The controls are nice that they are easy to clean but the trade-off is, they’re not as easy to use as conventional ones. I just use my phone and work all the controls through that. Love this stove.

Bought this for my parents. Was easy for them to learn how to use the digital keypad. Easy to clean, heats instantly. Cons: not compatible with more than half of our cookware. Placement of controls is on the top mid-line of cooktop and not ideal, if you touch it while cooking it will power off.

Easy installation. Easy use. The induction stove top is fantastic—boiled water in less than 4 minutes. And the reduction in temperature (to avoid boil over) brought immediate results.

Love its sleek appearance! Have had it a month, still learning how to use the controls. The buttons are hard to use and require just the right touch (which I haven't mastered yet). They are somehow simultaneously too sensitive yet not sensitive enough. I've inadvertently turned off the oven by wiping the surface of the controls with a dishtowel.

Love the oven and stove top! The top does not scratch or stain. Boils water in less than 10 seconds too. The oven bakes my daughters quesadillas to perfection. The appliance looks beautiful too!

I really like this range, but I miss the remote control over the cooktop. It allows control of the oven remotely and monitor the timer on cooktop, but there is a lack of a switch off it remotely.

A Mixed Experience - hoping for the best

The Good Hardware seems good, at least for short while. Why? read the ugly. Plus, we did get a free 11-piece Circulon cookware set as they are currently running a promotion on Samsung purchased induction ovens. The Bad The online service was bad. (cont. from the ugly) 14 days later, the field tech was a no show. So I first tried online chat for support and found out the case number was cancelled. wha? So a new case was created and the rep said the 'escalation team' would call in 24 to 48 hours... I guess they call at all times?... 160 hours later (another week), no callback, so I called back only to hear the same 'ol same 'ol of the escalation team would call back in 24 to 48 hours. I did ask for a phone number to talk to a real person and got connected to a real person at the Geek squad. The reviewed my experience and are replacing the unit in about 10 days. We purchased on June 24th, and we hope to have a working unity tomorrow on Aug 5th. At least the person at the Geek Squad recognized our heartache and did the best thing with the replance option. The Ugly The install went bad and the field repair technician abandoned us. The unit arrived dented and the installers used a drill to screw in the power cord and stripped the threads on the neutral wire and didn't communicate this. After the unit was installed we kept getter error codes on the front panel. Eventually, the codes went away, but when we open the oven door and my bare leg touched the door, I was shocked. I took my volt-meter and measured 110vac between the over door and my leg. nice.... A repair guy came out a week later and identified the problem as the stripped threads and said he would order a part that would take 7 to 10 days. 14 days later ... now go back to read the 'bad'.

This is my first time ever choosing to go with an electric induction stove. I must say I am glad I made the choice! However about the product its so classy, modern, easy to clean, stove top and oven warms up quickly. I am pleased with my purchase. Also remember if you don't know its best to use cookware that is made for this specific kind of appliance. This is will not disappoint!

I've had this for 4 days, will update if things change. the one major thing I don't like about this is everything is controlled from a touch display, so I've been trying to make sure my hand are dry before doing anything, that said I knew it was this way when i bought it, so I can't fault them. general function: the 2 burner linking works fine, do wish there was some induction between the two "burners", not sure if that's a thing with other units. oven works fine, you can even turn it on through smartthings (which is neat if you're picking up a roast at the store or something) and you can have it say "timer done" or whatever over google speakers. You cannot control the burners remotely; you can poll their status in smarthings but not in google home automations (or I haven't figured out how). the top right "burner" is too close to the linkable left "burners". the larger "burner" can boil about 3ish quarts of water in 2 minutes with "boost". you can lock both the oven controls and stovetop controls SEPERATLY, when the oven is locked the actual oven door is also locked. because of the nature of the lcd control panel you can only manipulate one "burner" at a time. the unit itself is a little deeper than my old range, so it sticks out a couple of inches, but it doesn't feel like it's in the way

Excellent no scratch glass cooktop! I love it. The controls are easily cleanable, I usually make a mess, but this range is super easy to clean. The induction burners are lightning fast, it takes a minute to get adjusted, but after start I lower the heat and everything turns out great.

Great price to get into induction. Induction is superior to gas and electric in many ways. This stove/oven is great but its control panel is difficult to use and has a clear learning curve.
