My review is less about the products functionality and design and more about the BestBuy experience for open box - excellent status. We purchased it as "Excellent" but the product had major dents and dings on the front facing stainless steel. The largest dent was on the unibody handle that is just 1 continuous grip and it looks like someone handled it incorrectly after listing the item as excellent. I was only able to remove all of the plastic/bubble wrap BestBuy used after leaving the store with the item. Upon opening the plastic wrapping, there were 3 noticeable defects: 1 medium dent on right side of handle, 1 small point dent the size of a dime, and 1 scrap on side panel. I rate this experience with the product as a 3 out of 5 simply because of the open box - excellent status not meeting the requirements for excellent. But, If I were to focus on the functionality and usefulness of the product I would give it a 5 out of 5 stars, since everything on the range worked as expected despite it being open box. This sleek range is definitely worth checking out. Pros: - Flat top for maximized surface space - Quick preheat, air fry, etc - Smart features to monitor the appliance from the app - Child-safe knobs - satisfying tactile feedback on center knob to navigate modes and settings Cons: - Oven door does not slow close - Knobs take a little getting used to, but a good feature given that theyre up front - Flat screen can make for a slightly difficult viewing angle depending on a persons height (slightly angled would be much better)

I love this oven so much. I love all of the options but especially the air fryer option. We have a big family and counter top air fryers make no sense. I love the different cleaning options available as well as not having the tall back- as that always gave me a hard time using tall stock pots etc. The burners are well spaced and have the option for small medium or large bottom pans. The only negatives are that any spills on top and it does not look the same any more, it is not as bad as some glass tops but I hate that it isn't absolutely brand new looking. Also there is a rubber strip at the front that you have to dig stuff out of to keep it looking clean and lastly there is no towel holder handle on it, but honestly it works so well and it is so nice that I can live with the other stuff. I say buy it!

We've had the oven for a few months and it works great. The air fry option gets used daily! My favorite thing is the app, I can control the oven from my phone and get alerts when my food is done. The timer options are a nice touch too; turn off, keep temp, or keep warm. I got it on sale for $900, worth every penny.

Preheat takes a while but I love the safe knobs for the stove. It is annoying that the oven knob keeps trying to heat the stove if you barely bump it when cooking.

Is very easy to use. Love the new air fryer option.

Purchased this for our Townhouse. Has been great so far. No complaints at all. Beautiful range with lots of functionality.

Love the Style with the black and stainless steel finish. Very elegant look. Only drawback is that I wish the round diss as l in the front wasn’t so sensitive. If I lean in too much on the stove it will select the oven to start. I plan on researching to see if there’s away to “lock” the modes or something to prevent the “dial” from easily activating something.

The most beautiful range I ever have. The air fryer option work great. I love that have a bread proofing option for my weekly bread. I like that it send me an alert when the stove is turned on and off. It look so fancy in my kitchen, I am definitely in love.

Nice range, works good but the knobs are a bit confusing and the oven button is to easy to push in with your midsection which activates the oven.
