Its a good stove. preheat is great I would recomen.

I paid $800 for this stove, and after 18 months the front burner stopped working. The repair estimate was $690, almost the cost of a new stove. Disappointed with the durability.

Was great until it wasn’t. 14 months since delivery and this range just died mid pre-heat. Went black and won’t come back on. It’s not the fuse, it’s not the plug. I’m a guest baker and best, so it hardly was used to begin with. Ridiculous. And beware, has only a ONE year warranty.

This range though looks great on the surface is a pile of junk. I have not had it a year and this is the second time I have had to have someone replace a part on it. Buyer be ware. Junk!! FYI Best Buy won't take it back either.

Waste of money, T in the oven is not accurate, started hazardous emitting burning smell after few uses. Warranty is for 1 year. What a disaster! Samsung is not what it used to be
