The dryer is great. It’s pretty and it usually works fine, but more often than I’d like, the sensor causes it to leave my cloths damp. Every cycle I try after that point it kicks off because the sensor thinks it’s dry when it’s not. Last time this happened I was able to put it on timed dry and that did the trick. This issue isn’t major but, considering the price and the fact that these sensors have been around for a while, this shouldn’t still be an issue, so it’s a bit disappointing. Also, I wish I had the ability to stop and start the machines through the app.

It’s a nice dryer but it’s overpriced for what it does. I returned it because it was defective, but only recommend buying this if you can get it at a steep discount.

Very happy with this purchase. It works fine and also dropped the power consumption by 40% at least compared with our old ones. Also the gift cards (150 USD) that came with the product from Best Buy brought the price below every other supplier on the net.

My laundry has never smelled better and the AI sensing is one of the coolest things. It can take a while to wash your clothes but if you have a bit, its worth it. Also, the fact that i no longwr need to add detergent every wash cycle is amazing

If you do not have large loads its a drawback. When you need to dry one or a few articles of clothing the dryer shuts off . Also you need to constantly go in to options snd turn off echo dry or you'll be drying for hours. They need to make a way to disable that without having to do before every load . One feature that makes no sense at al unless you dont mind running the dryer for a few hours .

I wouldn’t know if its good or not!

First delivery- broken rollers, 1 cancelled delivery and two weeks later they deliver the replacement. Second delivery- damaged while delivering whole corner pushed in. Third delivery- two more weeks pass to today, cancel the delivery scheduled for today and say 7 more days! No compensation for time lost at work or the frustration. Go anywhere else!
