A lot of programs, easy to use it, very intuitive.

First delivery- broken rollers, 1 cancelled delivery and two weeks later they deliver the replacement. Second delivery- damaged while delivering whole corner pushed in. Third delivery- two more weeks pass to today, cancel the delivery scheduled for today and say 7 more days! No compensation for time lost at work or the frustration. Go anywhere else!

We bought this dryer with a washer. There was a problem with the washer. Called the support and replaced with no extra cost. Since then it works perfectly.

So far I had no issues with this machine. The song at the end of each load get a little old .

We love them. The AI System detect exactly when the clothes are dry to dry them as long as needed, and how the system keeps the clothes fresh

Just got this delivered. When they unbox it, it was already dented. The technician was positive and informed Customer service to have it replaced with a new one. So far satisfied.

Liking it, been using for 3 weeks. Not a HUGE fan of the interface experience, but the rest is really nice.

We placed a large order for our new home—delivery and installation included. On delivery day, they showed up, dumped the product at our front door like they couldn’t care less, and left without installing anything. Absolutely pathetic customer service. They gave me every excuse in the book—“it won’t fit,” “we don’t want to risk it”—but in the end, I got sick of the back-and-forth. After wasting 30 minutes arguing, I managed to bring everything inside MYSELF. So don’t tell me it wouldn’t fit. That’s a flat-out lie. What makes it worse? I went through one of their so-called “experts” to place the order. And now? They’ve ghosted me—no replies to calls, no response to emails. I’ve used Best Buy for years, both personally and for my business, but this was the final straw. I’m done. I’ll never use Best Buy again. I hope others don’t waste their time and energy like I did. Save yourself the frustration.

AI technology is great. Sensing clothes type and choosing detergent own it’s own is the best. Brushed blue color looks so elegant.

Love it, only thing wish there was more info on smart connections/app. My wash cycles are cut in half. This is the nicest washer I've seen/ owed.
