    Hands down the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever encountered with Best Buy. I STILL HAVE A DRYER WITH A HUGE DENT IN THE TOP OF IT

    The installers damaged the new cabinets and scratched up all my walls. This was a brand new home that now needs more repairs due to their carelessness. How are you going to address this repair ?

    The dryer was hazardous towards my home , I had to return it and play they have to keep coming out to my house dont buy washer and dryer from Best Buy

    Dri filter would not recommend

    This machine (and the matching washer both) broke after about 4 months of light residential use about 3 weeks apart (washer first, dryer second). We have been without a washing machine for now a month and there is no end in sight through the warranty and repair process that Samsung has set up.

    I had my dryer for less than a year and had a problem with the belt and drum. Would not buy again, every time I use the dryer it smells like something is burning.

    Terrible appliance do not buy it. I brought it April 2023 and it has already had 4 repairs on the belt and they refuse to replace it. Takes two cycles to dry.

    If I could give this half a star, I would. While this looks really good, none of my clothes have gotten completely dry and you have to input time dry every time. Not a big deal, but the app is slow and going through the settings on the machine takes a while.

      The timed cycle has the eco-dry feature turned on by default. While the drying process may take longer, it reduces the power used with the Eco dry feature.

    It’s pre programmed for specific cycles and you CANNOT make any changes to the programs- like reduce time , spin , heat, and soiled settings. My clothes remain very wet with dry spots after the “finished” cycle.

    HORRIBLE Dryer! Run away! I HATE IT!

    I absolutely despise this dryer! It is impossible to simply set heat setting and a time, push start and have the dryer do its thing. The dryer overthinks everything and takes control of the temperature setting. None of my clothes come out dry, everything is always damp! I'm even turning off the stupid Eco-Dry setting, the vent is clear so that's not the issue. This thing is simply the biggest piece of crap ever built by mankind. I said it for temperature setting 5 but it automatically reverts itself back to"cool" No matter what I do. Samsung you suck!
