Great Product, very quiet, easy to use. worth the price

If you're reading this review, please please believe the bad reviews. I had a wonderfully functioning GE set that was 7 years old. It was starting to smell odd and no cleaner tabs fixed it. Instead of opting to open the drum and clean the outside, I opted to buy a new washer dryer set. Enter this Samsung set. Worst mistake ever. It's past the return window so I cannot return it. Let's break this down: Washer: The washer does not clean my clothes no matter the soil level or temp set. There's barely any water in the drum during the cycle, no wonder it doesn't clean. "Pre soak" doesn't help either. There are still stains and stink on my clothes that I did not have this result when using the old GE. Dryer: The clothes/sheets, etc., ball up in the dryer and/or don't tumble thoroughly like my old GE did. There are wet spots all throughout the clothes whilst other parts of the clothes feel over-heated. It's so strange. Now the worst part of all is the insane amount of piling that is happening on everything! I don't know which is culprit - washer or dryer, but it's bad. Significantly noticeable. Clothes I had washed for years in my GE suddenly have piling. I wish I didn't purchase this set. I should have simply bought the same GE set or cleaned the drum on my old washer. Maybe Best Buy will see my review and out of the goodness of their heart, let me replace this set with GE. Please consider :) Oh, another negative is the location of the child lock. It's several steps into the settings. My old GE just had a simple double button press.

I wanted sleek and technologically capable units so i selected this and the counterpart for a set of nearly top of the line washer/dryer combo. They work magnificently, and are extremely easy to set up, and then use. They have tons of space and are well built, as well as being highly customizable for a personalized feel. The app connectivity isnt for everyone, but i find it to be helpful and not a hindrance. I waited until these were on sale for black Friday since I felt they were a bit expensive without the big discount.

We bought a floor model and the salesman was very knowledgeable when answering our question and concerns. We were offered the extended warranty, but not nagged into adding it. We did end up buying the extended warranty, as it was a good price. I needed the dryer asap because ours was broken and I was behind on laundry. BestBuy had it packed up in bubble rap, loaded into our vehicle and out the door within less than 40 minutes. We love our new dryer and appreciated the prompt and courteous service!

Bought it at the outlet, still works even though it looked really used. But this thing dries very well and it has the Ai functions which sense if your laundry is dry.

I really love this dryer! It's big but worth it! This dryer measures the size of the load and will adjust the time to save energy!

Love this dryer technology. Clothes dries fast. My favorite setting is the fluffy towels because it does leave towels dry and fluffy. I purchased the washer first I didn’t need the dryer but the technology was so good on the washer that inspired me to purchase the dryer. I highly recommended

Love the large capacity, the fact that you can control the dryer from the washer if stacked, and the steam feature is wonderful
